To be a competent martial artist you must possess all the athletic skills that are needed in any given sport. A martial artist needs to be as graceful and agile as a ballet dancer, yet at the same time be as powerful and reactive as a linebacker.

The Warrior Athletics program is the ultimate cross training method.
The athletes’ body and mind gets accustomed to the routine movement patterns of their particular sport. This can create a plateau in the progress of their athletic development. Warrior athletics training uses a diverse and distinct range of movement patterns, including unpredictable reactive movements that encourages new growth in athletic development.
Warrior Athletics Training objectives:
1. Cultivate the 5 athletic skills (balance, power, speed, reaction time, agility)
2. Foundational strength and conditioning for sports
3. Increase body awareness and control
4. Breath conditioning (improve stamina and recovery with breath control)

Fighter fitness is the martial arts version of high intensity interval training, you will literally punch, kick, and grapple your way into the greatest shape of your life. This training method is an effective way to produce fast result through hard focused work.
