1. Health (physical, mental, and emotional health)

Being healthy is being a clear path to our full potential, free of disease and obstacles, free to grow and improve. Health training is the physical and mental readiness for seeking self-improvement and goals. 

 

2. Vitality

Vitality is the life-energy that fuels and drives all life. Vitality is the feeling of aliveness, and the state of being strong and active. It is the fuel for pursuing our full potential. Vitality training is the power to increase and manage your personal energy level. 

 

3. Strength

Strength is the ability to physically live a full life, pain free, and not easily affected by stress, disease or hardship. Strength is also defined as possessing the skills and qualities that create a likelihood of success. Strength training is building a mental and physical fortitude to outside influence.

 

4. Personal power

Personal power is the capacity to produce a desired result. It is the power to be in control of yourself and your day. Personal power training is exercising your discipline and self-control.
